  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • Are all your products original art or do they come from other sources?
    All art are 100% Original works, public domain recreations, or parody mashups. All work is copyright to OutPsyder Art Design LLC. I take art and design theft incredibly seriously. All art on the Redbubble and Teepublic shops are also 100% Original works, public domain recreations, or parody mashups as well.
  • What are the Redbubble and Teepublic shops?
    The Redbubble and Teepublic shops are third-party vendors I use to sell my art to sell my art on t-shirts, stickers, buttons, home goods, etc as I am unable to print those items myself. I trust these vendors and have used them for several years to print my work and they sell quality, durable items. Yes, I do receive a portion of sales so please feel free to purchase whatever you wish.
  • Are these all the products you offer?
    I am working toward building out my product selection so please make sure to keep checking back with me often!!!
  • Why does it take so long to get my product?
    I am working on getting products out as quickly as I can but orders can sometimes can get backed up from time to time and I need to get orders packed and shipped with the same quality to every customer. I do work to make sure that orders get out no longer than 2 weeks, but they can take up to 4 weeks at the longest. I appreciate your patience and support.
  • Why do I need to send the product back before you send out a replacement or refund?
    I need to ensure that every item is accounted for in my inventory. This will also ensure that the correct products are being replaced or refunded.
  • Are you accepting custom work?
    I am NOT accepting custom work at this time.
